Sean is a Florida native — born and raised in the state, he knows these pools, this climate, and these communities. As a boater and water sports enthusiast, his connection to water isn't just professional. It's personal.
Before co-founding Splash, Sean owned his own pressure washing business and accumulated over a decade of hands-on construction experience. That background gives him a rare ability to see pool problems the way a builder does — not just the symptom, but the cause.
As the lead technician, Sean is typically the one at your door — diagnostic equipment in hand, ready to find what others missed.
Matt Kuntz
Co-Founder · Industry Veteran
Twenty-eight years. That's how long Matt Kuntz has been serving Southwest Florida's pool industry. He's seen every kind of leak, every type of construction, and every trick a failing pool can play on its owner.
Matt previously owned and operated Resurrection Pools, where he transformed thousands of pools across the region — from complete renovations to complex repairs. That experience taught him one thing above all else: most pool problems get worse before they get better, and waiting never saves money.
When Matt joined forces with Sean to start Splash, he brought that same ethos: do the job right, be honest with customers, and never cut corners. Those aren't just words. They're 28 years of reputation.
